The Future Technology Research Association International (FTRA, formerly ftrai) is a non-profit scientific organization whose purpose is to promote research on various areas of future technology, including information technology, communications, convergence, ubiquitous engineering, embedded and multimedia computing, etc.

In order to promote future technology research, FTRA has been trying to bring together the researchers from academia and industry to share and discuss ideas, problems and solutions in various areas of future technology, through series of activities such as conferences, symposia, workshops and journals.

FTRA organizes conferences, symposia and workshops every year, and also publishes a high quality international journal in various areas of future technology (for details, see the Conferences and Journal).
