Abstract
PCT 2011 will be one of comprehensive workshop series focused on the various aspects of the applications and services of information technologies for personal computing.
The research issues on personal computing are attracting more interest in the realm of information technologies as the number of computers, services and personal data around us are increasing very rapidly due to development of embedded system and the Internet technologies. We welcome any papers that include new challenges and solutions of applications and services of information technologies to describe how to deal with multiple computers, services and data.

Abstract
International Workshop on Smartphone Applications and Services(Smartphone 2011) will be held October 20-22, 2011, Gwangju, Korea as one of ITCS 2011 Workshops. Smartphone 2011 will be the most comprehensive workshop focused on advances in Smartphone applications and services. The goal of this issue is to bring together the state of the art research contribution that describes original and unpublished work addressing for Smartphone Applications and Services technologies for PC. It will reflect the state-of-the-art of the various smartphone applications and services, open market place for smartphone applications, smartphone platforms, smartphone security of new processing techniques in engineering, science, and other disciplines related to the smartphone applications and services for pervasive computing.

Call for ITCS-11 Workshops

In conjuction with ITCS-11, we will organize some workshops.
The workshop proposals should be submitted to the Workshops Co-Chairs,
Yang Sun Lee (yslee48@gmail.com) by June 10 (extended) , 2011.


Workshops for presenting papers from industrial companies and papers on implementations of systems and services are very welcome. It is expected that the proceedings of the workshop programs will be published by Springer Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering, ISSN: 1876-1100, Which will be indexed by EI Compedex .
In general, a workshop takes one day, although multiple-days and half-day workshops are welcome.


The workshop proposal should include following information:

1. Title of the workshop: International Workshop on ...
2. Workshop Organizers(s): name, affiliation, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail.
3. Brief description of the workshop (several hundred words)
4. Expected number of papers to be submitted
5. Call for paper of the workshop (draft version - 1 page CFP MS Word version)
6. Tentative list of program committee members (Name, affiliation, country, email address)
7. Your workshop web address (Tentative)

Each workshop will start to distribute a call for paper after receiving the notification. Papers submitted to each workshop will be reviewed by the program committee and external reviewers of the workshop.

Financial Supports for Workshop Organizer:
If workshops are constructed successfully, the organizer (One organizer per workshop) will get:
- At least 10 papers registration: 1 Free registration
- At least 20 papers registration: 2 Free registration
