- Final Paper Upload and Copyright Release Form
All authors should upload their final manuscripts directly to the following IEEE web site by June 04, 12 midnight, Eastern time (Very Hard Deadline). In this IEEE web site, authors should also submit their copyright release forms to IEEE.

Please note that any delay may prevent the inclusion of your paper in the proceedings and the IEEE Xplore.
- Page Limitation
* Main conference - regular paper: 4-6 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.
* Workshop - regular paper: 4-6 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.
If you want to submit more than page limitation, you can add up to 2 extra pages with the appropriate fee payment.
- Authors Registration
All attendees should make the registration of HumanCom 2010. And one author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by June 12, 2010.
Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be included in the proceedings and the IEEE Xplore.

All registered and uploaded papers should be presented at the conference or workshop sessions.
For your information, this is an IEEE Technical Activities Policy (effective February 2009):
"IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference."
