Important Notice
The conference will be held in the most busy season in Cebu, Philippines, so we had blocked more than 150 rooms for the participants of the FTRA conferences (ITCS, MUE, EMC, and HumanCom 2010), but this blocking will be removed after June 10, 2010 June 16, 2010.
So please hurry up to make registrations and book rooms.
