Registration 

 

Registration Classes and Fees

All attendees should make the registration of ACSA 2010. And one author per paper MUST be accompanied by one mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by Author Registration due date. Without a dedicated registration, the paper cannot be accepted for the workshop and the journal publications.

Generally a registration fee includes the followings:
  • A copy of the Symposium Proceedings (in which only presentation slides will be included)
  • Lunches, banquet, coffee/tea, and souvenir(s)
  • All taxes except wire transfer fees
  • No journal publication/subscription charge

And ACSA 2010 will have five kinds of Author Registration classes and two Non-Author Registration classes as below:

Author Registrations

  • Security and Communication Networks (SCN) : USD 750
    * No additional publication charge will be requested to the authors of the papers accepted to SCN, during the journal publication procedure.

  • Mathematical and Computer Modelling (MCM) : USD 750
    * No additional publication charge will be requested to the authors of the papers accepted to MCM, during the journal publication procedure.

  • Journal of Telecommunication Systems (JTS) : USD 750
    * No additional publication charge will be requested to the authors of the papers accepted to JTS, during the journal publication procedure.

  • Journal of Internet Technology (JIT) : USD 600
    * IMPORTANT NOTICE : The registration fee does NOT include the Publication Charge, which will be requested by the JIT office during the journal publication procedure.
    * Publication Charge : Exactly it's an one-year subscription to JIT. When you receive the final acceptance notification from the guest editors after ACSA 2010, at least one of the authors should subscribe JIT for one year. This would be a mandatory Publication Charge for authors of JIT.
    * JIT is published quarterly by the National Dong Hwa University. Subscriptions to JIT are USD 250 a year including postage.

  • Information : USD 500
    * IMPORTANT NOTICE : The registration fee does NOT include the Publication Charge, which will be requested by the International Information Institute, during the journal publication procedure.

  • Journal of Information Processing Systems (JIPS) : USD 450
    * No additional publication charge will be requested to the authors of the papers accepted to JIPS, during the journal publication procedure.
    * For your information, JIPS editorial board is providing special honorariums to distinguished papers' authors at every issue.

Non-Author Registrations
  • Early Bird Registration before October 23, 2010 : USD 400
    * We will provide only delegate registration, but not student registration.

  • On-site or Late Registration after October 23, 2010 : USD 500
    * A credit card payment system will be available at the conference registration desk or in the conference secretariat.
